Therapy?
Vision therapy is designed to teach the brain how to controls the eyes, to improve visual skills and how to apply these new skills to improve reading, learning, concentration and attention.Vision therapy is a fully customized and personalized treatment program designed to improve and strengthen visual skills, and re-train the visual system to interpret visual input with increased accuracy and ease.Vision therapy is more than just simple eye exercises — it improves brain-eye communication and the effective operating of the visual system.

Services

Tiffany is a NYS Licensed Optician, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has been providing vision therapy and related services to children, adults, and families for the last 20 years. She provides services to adults, and children post concussion, as well as addressing learning disabilities. ​She provides visual, and spatial modifications for individuals to resume functional tasks post injury as well as assists students in activities of learning. She thrives on providing education to parents, and professionals, enhancing the independence of others, and identifying visual deficits.
Tiffany donates her time at schools completing vision screenings for hundreds of school aged children, multiple times throughout the year, as well as presents to multiple education programs throughout the year. Educating peers on the importance of ocular motor screenings, and the effects it may have on our day to day life.
